WorthingtonWood™ Stock Wood Column ONE YEAR WARRANTY

For a period of one (1) year after purchase, Worthington Millwork, LLC(“Seller”) warrants that its fingerjoint paint grade shafts, caps, bases, and plinths will be free of manufacturing defects, joint separation and rotting when properly stored, installed, painted and ventilated. Should replacement be necessary under this warranty, the sole remedy shall be limited to furnishing new shafts, caps, bases, and plinths to replace the defective parts. Field assembled joints, as required by halved and doweled construction, are not warranted. Seller does not include and will not pay for installation and painting as part of this warranty nor shall Seller be liable for compensatory, consequential, or incidental damages under this warranty. There are no other express warranties contained herein, and all representations or affirmations made, and all samples and models shown are for illustrative purposes only. Decorative capitals are not covered by this warranty.
