Limited Warranty

WorthingtonUrethane Millwork will provide, to the original purchaser of our urethane products, a lifetime warranty assuring that every product manufactured by us is free from defects in both materials and workmanship under normal use.

We further warrant that our exterior paint finish will be free from UV degradation, blistering and paint peeling under normal use for a period of ten (10) years from the original date of purchase.

In the unlikely event that a defect in our product is found and the above conditions have been met, please notify Worthington in writing immediately upon discovering the defect.  The original purchaser of our product may be required to return at his or her expense, the product to Worthington.  Upon review of the original purchaser’s claim of defect, Worthington will, at its discretion replace, repair or refund the original cost of the product to the original purchaser.  Replacement, repair or refund is the sole and exclusive option offered in this limited warranty.
Worthington’s limited warranty under no circumstance covers any damage resulting from the failure to follow Worthington’s storage and/or installation instructions where provided, mishandling of product in transit (within customer’s control), acts of God, alterations made to original product manufactured by Worthington, vandalism, misuse, abuse, improper maintenance of product, unreasonable care, or other causes not arising from defects in materials and/or workmanship.

Buyer and installer of all Worthington products must inspect each part before installation and hereby waive all claims which could have been discovered by reasonable inspection prior to installation, inclusive of but not limited to; misalignment, misfit of parts, dimensional discrepancies in measurements of any kind.

There are no warranties, express or implied, written or oral, including any warranties of merchantability or fitness for purpose, other than as expressed herein.
No person, agent, distributor, dealer, installer, service facility, or company is authorized to change, modify or amend any of the terms of the Limited Warranty in any manner or fashion whatsoever, except to and within those provided within this Limited Warranty.  Worthington shall not be held liable, under this Limited Warranty whatsoever, to the original purchaser, consumer or to any other person for any incidental and/or consequential damages or loss of profit resulting from any defects found in our product.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitations or exclusions may not apply.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may additionally have other rights which may vary from state to state.
