The WorthingtonUrethane™ 3-5/8″ Balustrade System is both our smallest and most economical polyurethane balustrade system. It has many options in both a turned baluster or a square baluster. Included in the many options of balustrades are the many different rail heights that can be achieved using this balustrade system. Also, both the top and bottom rail have an extruded aluminum insert that gives the rail strength and rigidity in up to 12´ lengths. This polyurethane balustrade system, despite being the smallest available on the market, is ICC building code compliant. As do all of Worthington balustrade systems, this system has great detail and design that can add elegance to any project.
The WorthingtonUrethane™ 5-1/2″ Polyurethane Balustrade System is a great balustrade system to add style and elegance to any home or commercial project. It is a more economical line due to the smaller design in the railings and individual balustrades. This polyurethane balustrade system is ideal for smaller balconies and areas that desire less space taken up by the actual balustrade system. This balustrade system railing has a PVC core on the inside of the polyurethane covered top and bottom rail to give it strength and rigidity This strength allows this railing to pass BOCA and ICC building codes. There are many balustrade options available in this polyurethane balustrade system and custom turnings are available. The 5-1/2″ Balustrade system can be custom curved to any radius for stairs or flat balconies.
The WorthingtonUrethane™ 7-1/4″ Polyurethane Balustrade System is Worthington´s most popular balustrade system and is guaranteed to add enormous curb appeal and value to any project. This balustrade system offers the most options of all of our polyurethane balustrade systems. Many rail heights and styles can be achieved when using this balustrade system. This balustrade system is ideal for front porches, widow´s walks, Juliet balconies and exterior stair applications. The length of the railings range from 4´ up to 12´ in length and the newel posts are available in a plain design or a raised panel. The 7-1-4″ balustrade system can be custom curved to meet most any flat or stair radius. Some standard radius sections are available. Worthington polyurethane balustrade systems are structural and will meet all BOCA and ICC building codes.
The WorthingtonUrethane™ 12″ Polyurethane Balustrade System is Worthington´s largest polyurethane balustrade system. This particular balustrade system is ideal for roof tops on commercial buildings and/or
commercial balconies where the balustrade will be farther away from a normal eye´s view. This balustrade system contains two heavy duty PVC pipes for the inserts of the top and bottom rails. It is available in 4´ up to 10´ in lengths and the newel posts are available in a plain or raised panel. Due to the size of this balustrade system, the railings are only available
in straight sections. The Worthington 12″ polyurethane balustrade system is structural and is BOCA and ICC building code compliant.
